The lovely delivery folk at Receiver would be happy to bring your order to you! Delivery is available within the Charlottetown area. If you need something delivered outside of Charlottetown please touch base and we will do what we can!
Delivery hours Monday–Friday: 8:00am–3:00pm Saturday–Sunday: 8:00am–1:00pm
Delivery fee
A flat delivery fee of $12 + HST applies per drop-off. If you need multiple deliveries in one day, we’re happy to accommodate—each stop is charged as a separate delivery.
Please note Delivery is drop-off only, so we’re not able to provide on-site setup.
Credit Card
When you pay with a card, your invoice and payment receipt will be sent to the email provided during checkout.
Our payment processing is handled by Square and accepts the following methods:

If you need to pay by e-transfer or cheque please use the following steps to place your order:
Choose pick-up for your catering order (even if you want delivery!)
Fill your cart
Proceed to checkout and use promocode NOCARD to reduce your order to $0
Input delivery instructions into the notes section
You will receive a confirmation email for your order
We will follow up with an invoice and you can pay by e-transfer or cheque.
If you want to pay by credit card please use the card at checkout.

We kindly ask for 48 hours’ notice for all bakery box and pastry orders so we have time to prepare everything fresh for you.

We understand plans can change. If you need to adjust or cancel your catering order, please let us know as soon as possible.
24 hours’ notice is requested for cancellations or major changes.
For orders cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice, a partial charge may apply to cover food already prepared.
Same-day cancellations may be charged in full.
We always do our best to be flexible and help you find a solution. If something unexpected comes up, just reach out — we’re happy to work with you.
We’re happy to make adjustments and will always do our best to accommodate any changes. If you need to update quantities, swap items, or make a small modification, just reach out as soon as you can.

Yes! If you require pastry or bread, especially in larger numbers, we strongly encourage you placing a pre-order. Pastry and bread preorders required 48 hours notice.
We will have your order ready and waiting at one of our two pick up locations!

When bad weather rolls in, we may need to delay, reschedule, or cancel for safety. If we cancel due to weather, you’ll receive a full refund or credit.
If you think you’ll need to cancel, please let us know as soon as you make that call!
